TrendWars is a free-to-play virtual trading game. All currency ("Trend Dollars", "T$"), portfolio values, and transactions within the game are entirely virtual and have no real-world monetary value. Nothing on this site is financial advice, investment advice, or a solicitation to trade real financial instruments.

3. Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You may not share, sell, or transfer your account to another person.

Trend names, headlines, and related content on TrendWars are derived from publicly available internet data. TrendWars does not claim ownership of underlying trend topics. We generate AI-assisted headlines for entertainment purposes. These headlines are not news, journalism, or factual reporting.

7. Referral Programme

Our referral system awards in-game virtual currency only. Referral rewards have no cash value. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral programme at any time.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy of trend data, or preservation of game state. We may suspend or terminate the Service at any time without notice.
